Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 2-3 Business Days of date of order unless otherwise specified, including made-to-order items and pre-order items. In these instances, you will be advised of a timescale to expect when your item will ship.

'Large' items are shipped via courier and are usually delivered internationally within 2-3 weeks, although its usually much faster.

Small items (such as charms) are shipped via Emirates Post Airmail services (unless they are part of a bigger order, then items will be shipped together).

All items ship from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes their package may incur upon receipt in the destination country.
